On Thursday morning, Chase started off his day by playing with his marbles in his room, "cooking" them in his kitchen. He brought Nanaw a bowl of marbles and a spoon for marble soup. Later he brought each of them a cup of marbles and told Nanaw they were having orange juice marbles -- very creative. Later in the morning, Chase and Nanaw went to the Train House to see the train displays and to go to the Creation Station. When they got there, the 9:15 session was sold out so they signed up for the 10:30 session. Then Miss Lynn came and gave them tickets to the 9:15 session because someone had mislead Miss Lynn about who they were with. Chase had a wonderful time running around looking at the Christmas trains. They have a new great big train and a tall railroad worker statue in the middle of everything. Miss Linda was very happy to see Chase and Nanaw, as always. In the afternoon, Nanaw tried to take a Christmas photo of Chase and didn't have much luck. She got one possible photo but will try again on Friday afternoon when Chase gets home from school.
