Happy New Year's! Tuesday, January 1, 2019

On their way home from Uncle Chris's house, Mama, Daddy and Chase came to Nanaw's house to pick up Sam on New Year's Day at about 12:30 p.m. Nanaw gave Chase some of the toys she got at Dan and Sherry's house on New Year's Eve -- rubber chickens and pigs and a race car and other unmentionables. Mama invited Nanaw over for dinner. They had chicken and cheese dip, meatballs and Little Smokies. Mama called it her no-work dinner. After dinner, Mama, Daddy, Chase and Nanaw played two games of Bingo with the new Bingo game Chase got for Christmas and the new special Bingo cards he got from Aunt Becky and Uncle Mike. Chase won the first game and Mama won the second game. Then Mama and Nanaw played one more game, and Nanaw won. Then Chase and Nanaw went into Chase's room and played games with the Hatchimals and Chase's stuffed "amamals." Nanaw took Chase's Uno game home with her to see if she can figure out how they could play it.
