Nanaw got to take Chase to school for the first time in weeks. She picked up the water bottle that he had left at his table. Some of the boys and girls asked Chase where he was yesterday but Nanaw didn't get to hear what he answered. Amelie told Nanaw that she's always forgetting to take her water bottles home; she said she had three water bottles at her place -- how funny. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he told Nanaw he had soft tacos for lunch. He also told her he had Art today but no Computer Lab, Music or Gym. On the way home, Chase and Nanaw went to the cemetery, to get gas and to the Telegraph Road library. At the library, Nanaw got books for Mama and Cheez-Its from the "bending" machine for Chase. On the drive home, Chase shared a Cheez-It with Nanaw and then said, "You know, Cheez-Its are made from 100% cheese." Nanaw told Mama about that and Mama said Chase is watching too many commercials. In the evening, Mama and Chase, played Dogopoly, the game that Nanaw gave Mama for her birthday. Nanaw had Mama ask Chase if he wanted to add it to the Family Game Night rotation, and Chase said yes.
