When Nanaw went to visit Chase on Sunday evening, she had to drive through an unexpected snowfall. Mama texted Nanaw in the afternoon and told her about the snow. Nanaw had been napping and didn't realize it had started to snow. Dinner was absolutely delicious chili and gluten-free cornbread -- one of Nanaw's favorite meals. Chase had a lunchable he didn't eat and cornbread he didn't eat. He has his annual check-up tomorrow and Nanaw is eagerly awaiting hearing about his weight and his height. Nanaw will miss this check-up for the first time ever because she has a dentist appointment at the same time. Nanaw and Chase played in his room before dinner with the twins and triple-its, as Chase says the word. The first photo below is of the chaneleon triple-its. They also did some passing of the football and Chase explained to Nanaw the difference between a fumble and an incomplete pass. Chase has now turned his attention to football and is becoming obsessed with that -- so funny. What a little sports nut he is. After dinner, Mama, Daddy, Chase and Nanaw played Bingo. Mama had gone to Dollar Tree for prizes, and she got some cool stuff. They played several games and everybody won the following prizes: Daddy won red licorice and peanut M&Ms (which he gave to Chase); Mama won the Word Find book and a red Valentine's candle; Chase won exploding Valentine's balloons and a little car; Nanaw won kettle corn and a blue Sharpie marker. Nanaw left early in case the snow was bad but she got home safely. However, she started playing on the computer and forgot to text Mama so that was Bad Nanaw.
