Happy Birthday, Mama! Wednesday, January 8, 2020

Today was Mama's birthday. She took the day off work so she took Chase to school, and Nanaw got to sleep late. Mama and Nanaw went shopping for an area rug for Mama to put downstairs in the blue room under her desk. Then they went to lunch at Gianino's; Daddy joined them. Nanaw went home, and Mama and Daddy went to the brewery to continue Mama's birthday celebration. Nanaw picked Chase up from school, and they sent Mama a text about pickup rather than calling her. When they got back to Nanaw's house, Chase worked on the hockey game he's creating in Roblox. He got it finished and then set it up for Nanaw to play when she got a chance. In the evening, Mama, Daddy, Chase, Uncle Mike, Aunt Becky and Nanaw went out to dinner for Mama's birthday at Joe Boccardi's. Chase had toasted ravioli, of course. Nanaw had fettuccini Alfredo. Mama and Daddy had pizza. Uncle Mike had fried chicken. Aunt Becky had chicken marsala. At Nanaw's house, they had Mama's favorite, cherry chip birthday care, and cookie dough ice cream.
