Mama said Chase did really well at baseball practice today. She said he had some good throws and catches, and of course, some good hits. Practice was at Powerhaus, not at Green Park. Nanaw doesn't know if she'll ever be able to go to baseball practice. Nanaw went over to Chase's house for dinner. Mama made delicious white bean chicken chili; Mama had cheese, oyster crackers (also known as palate cleansers) and sour cream to add to the chili. Chase had some chili, plus toasted ravioli and a garlic knot. Mama had a bit of trouble getting Chase to eat but finally he ate his whole dinner. After dinner, Chase and Nanaw went downstairs to play hockey. Chase was so cute with Nanaw. First, he said, "Here's a training tip." And then he taught Nanaw how to hold the hockey stick. Also, he told Nanaw, "Remember, always have fun." Such a cute little fallow. After hockey, Chase and Nanaw went back upstairs and played hockey on their devices -- Chase on his tablet and Nanaw on her phone.
