Chase's friend Brady was sick again today and not at school. When Chase and Nanaw got to Chase's classroom, Mrs. Meyer was rearranging the desks but hadn't decided where Chase was sitting. And when Nanaw picked him up from school, she forgot to ask him where she's sitting. So she’ll remember t do it tomorrow morning or she’ll see where his desk is when she takes him to school to morrow. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to Chase's house to let the dogs out. Chase waited in the car for a bit but then came in the house saying he wanted to see the dogs. Nanaw got a bag of Cheese-Its for him for his snack. Back at Nanaw's house, she had the kinetic sand out on the kitchen counter so she and Chase could play with it. He protested for awhile because he wanted to play Roblox on the laptop. But finally Nanaw made him come play with the kinetic sand. And eventually he had a really good time and so did Nanaw. After the kinetic sand, Nanaw planned a Story Time for the stuffed animals and Chase. They read Curious George Goes Skiing. Chase protested this activity also but Nanaw plowed ahead. And he had a good time with this also. Chase stayed a little late because Mama had a hair appointment and Daddy had to work late. Nanaw built a fire, lit the candles and fixed toasted ravioli and mixed vegetables for Chase. They ate at the dining room table and watched an episode of Arthur.
