Chase’s first adventure today was an early morning walk in Nanaw’s subdivision after breakfast. Then Chase and Nanaw went to Laptime at the Clayton library. Chase seemed to have a great time playing with the balls and toys and other boys and girls. He played again with the panda bear (last week Nanaw erroneously called it a polar bear) and carried the panda around the room. After Laptime, Chase and Nanaw walked over to nearby Taylor Park, where Chase had a grand time on the swings. He also spent a lot of time running around the playground. On the way home from Laptime, they stopped at Walgreen’s in Columbia to pick up a prescription, and Chase charmed the pharmacist, of course. Following his nap, Chase and Nanaw played outside in Nanaw’s yard and then inside in Chase’s room. Mama said that in the evening, Chase played in his back yard while Mama and Daddy sat out at the WE bar.
