First thing this morning, Chase and Nanaw went for a walk in Nanaw’s subdivision. Then Chase and Nanaw went to Laptime at the Clayton library, where Chase seemed to have a great time. He ran around a lot and played with the other boys and girls. After Laptime, Chase and Nanaw went for an exploratory walk around the Clayton neighborhood where the library is located and found a wonderful park with a playground. Chase played on the swing and the slide and petted the riding duck. There was a dog’s water dish by the water fountain, which Nanaw thought was a really neat thing to do for the dogs being walked in the park. When Nanaw took Chase home, Mama came out to meet him, and he headed directly to the back yard, thinking he was going to get to play there. When Mama took him inside instead, he was not a happy baby. But he soon calmed down when Mama, Daddy and Sam took him for a walk.
