Chase and Nanaw went for an early morning walk in Nanaw’s subdivision before it got too hot. Then Nanaw took a lot of Chase’s toys out on the back deck so he could play there before Laptime. Last night, Nanaw had Uncle Mike move the red glider from the front porch to the back deck, and Chase seemed to have a great time on the glider. Laptime was at the Telegraph Road library, and there weren’t as many children there today as the last time, when there were more than 50 boys and girls. Chase seemed to especially like singing the songs like Acka-Backa Soda Cracker and Itsy Bitsy Spider. When Miss Kim put out the toys, Chase was the first one at the box and took out two big blue balls that he played with for a long while. After Laptime, Chase took a long nap, then played on the deck for awhile, then ran around the house. Nanaw came over to Chase's house for an experimental beef stroganoff dinner. After dinner, Mama, Chase and Nanaw went on a shopping adventure to Walgreen’s.
