Nanaw paid an early morning visit to Chase. While Mama went grocery shopping, Nanaw gave Chase a bath, which he really seemed to enjoy. He stayed in the tub a long time – Nanaw had asked Mama if he could stay in until he wrinkled – just kidding. After his bath, Chase and Nanaw took a walk in his neighborhood till Mama got home. Then Chase and Nanaw went to the Telegraph Road library while Mama put away the groceries, folded Chase’s laundry, and got ready for Aunt Becca’s birthday hoo-hah. At the library, Nanaw saw three of her favorite library ladies and got to show off Chase to them. They thought he was so cute! When Chase and Nanaw got back to Chase’s house, Grandma Pat was there. She’s going to baby-sit with Chase today and tonight while Mama and Daddy celebrate Aunt Becca’s birthday. The first picture below is from last night of Chase sleeping.
