Daddy brought Chase over to Nanaw’s house this morning because he was taking a half-day off to get a new modem so the Internet would work -- and it’s fixed! In the morning, Chase and Nanaw went outside on the upper deck, and Chase sat in the glider and managed to make it swing back and forth which he really seemed to enjoy. After Chase’s nap, he and Nanaw went downstairs, and Chase played in the Pack N Play while Nanaw walked on the treadmill. Nanaw took a picture of him playing "bucket head" with the popcorn bucket from the Monsters University movie. In the afternoon, Chase and Nanaw played in his room, and his main achievement was taking all the books out of the book box and then climbing into the empty box. Nanaw eventually put the books back in the box, and Chase took half of them out again – such a busy little fellow. When Mama got home from work, while Daddy was playing golf, Mama, Chase and Nanaw went to Sam’s to buy diapers. Mama also bought a sleeper for Chase with a big smiling monkey face on it. Nanaw had forgotten what wonderful desserts Sam’s has, and so she’s decided she’ll get desserts there for family holiday dinners. Chase has a new thing that he says: When you ask a question like "Do you want some cheese?" he says, "I do." – very cute.
