After an early morning walk, followed by breakfast, Chase and Nanaw went to Telegraph Road Laptime. Chase seemed to have an especially fun time playing with the other little boys and girls, Alexa, Mitch and Annabelle, in particular. Gavin, his friend from Tesson Ferry Laptime, was there, too. Chase also played with another boy named Chase, a little redhead. Chase ran around playing ball and lugging stuffed animals into the corner spot he regularly visits. His favorite activity seemed to be at the coloring table. Annabelle was sitting there coloring a "Happy Grandparents Day" picture, and Chase climbed up and began pulling crayons out of the box and throwing them onhis chair and on the floor. Annabelle was delighted with that, and she kept saying, "Oh no, Chase!" Once again, when it was time to go home, Nanaw asked Chase to get in his stroller, and he did it – what a smart little boy he is! In the evening, Mama gave Chase a Merry Okee, a new toy she ordered from Amazon (after Chase seemed to have such a good time playing with Jackson’s Merry Okee.) It’s a toy karaoke microphone that plays Christmas music. Mama says Chase seemed to love yelling into it.
