Merry Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24, 2015

Christmas Eve's Chase was delightful -- no grumpiness at all. Chase and Nanaw spent most of the day downstairs, picking up Chase's toys, putting the train track that Chase took apart back together, playing with Chase's trains and playing in the schoolroom. For awhile, Chase watched the movie Home on Netflix and seemed to like it, although he left to play with toys halfway through the movie. Mama and Daddy came to pick Chase up at 4 o'clock to go out to Wentzville for Christmas Eve with Grandma Pat and the rest of Daddy's family. Chase was waiting at the front door for Mama and Daddy so Nanaw went to sit and wait with him. When Mama and Daddy arrived, Chase jumped and said, "Let's hide!" It was very funny. Nanaw went to the 10 o'clock Christmas carols service at Uncle Doug's and Aunt Rita's church. Aunt Rita plays the hand bells with the hand bell choir every Christmas Eve.
