Nanaw went to visit Chase early on Saturday morning. they played with his new train under his Christmas tree. Mama told Nanaw that yesterday Chase asked Mama if he could move his Madagascar chair over by the Christmas tree so he could watch the train go around the tree. Mama said yes, so Chase dragged the Madagascar chair over next to the tree. Mama says he spent a long time lying in the chair watching the train. Mama and Nanaw had Chase wear his Santa hat so Nanaw could take pictures, and she got a couple of good ones. In the afternoon, Chase and Daddy went out to Wentzville to Grandma Pat's house for a birthday party for Chase. Mama was sad that she couldn't go because she had invited a group of friends over to bake Christmas cookies.
