Chase was delighted that it was April Fool’s Day. He pulled a good one on Nanaw and Mama when Mama brought him to Nanaw’s house. He pointed across the room and said, "Tee Tee’s over there." Mama and Nanaw looked across the room, and Chase said "April Fool’s!" Tee Tee was in his lap. When Nanaw took Chase to school, she told the boys and girls about Chase’s April fool’s trick, and they liked it. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to the Telegraph Road library to get books for Mama. Chase was very excited about the new scavenger hunt. It was all about butterflies. Chase did a really good job on the scavenger hunt. Then came even more excitement. The library had caterpillars and a whole butterfly display. Nanaw took Chase’s picture by the display. In the evening, Nanaw went with Chase, Mama And Daddy for Chase’s ice skating lesson.
