Nanaw went to visit Chase on Saturday morning. Mama told Nanaw that Sylvester had been coughing all night. Mama called the vet to get some medicine for him that’s easier to give him than the liquid, which spills all over. Nanaw brought along the Biscuit book and the addition and subtraction workbooks they bought at Dollar Tree last week. Chase didn’t want to read a story from the Biscuit book. But he did some of the math pages. Mama made a number line for him so that it was easier for him to do. He and Nanaw played a Roblox game. Then they played several games of Hangman on the new app Nanaw got for her phone. That was lots of fun. Next, they went downstairs and played hockey for a long time. Nanaw’s arm is better so she was actually able to swing a hockey stick instead of kicking the pretend hockey puck. After Nanaw left Chase’s house, she went out to the little house to stay for the first time since last October. In the afternoon, Mama, Daddy and Chase went to the hockey game. Mama sent Nanaw a picture of Chase with a blue face – from cotton candy. The first picture below is of a groundhog that Nanaw saw at the cemetery yesterday.
