Chase was finally well on Thursday morning and able to go to school -- Yay! Chase, Mama and Nanaw were very happy about that. Today was dress like a celebrity day in Builders' Week, and Chase wore his Yadi jersey -- very cool. Mrs. Neff was happy to see Chase back at school. The seating at tables got switched around, and Chase wasn’t too happy about his new table. Nanaw told Mrs. Neff she had to take Mama to the doctor and wouldn’t be able to volunteer Thursday morning. Mama and Nanaw went to St. Mary's and stayed there until about 12:30. Mama is fine. On the way home, they stopped at White Castle because Mama hadn't anything to eat since Tuesday night. She bought onion rings for Nanaw. Nanaw stayed at Chase's house when she took Mama home because the cleaning lady was at her house. Mama took a nap, and it was raining when Nanaw went to pick up Chase so she took the Paw Patrol umbrella. Chase told Nanaw he got the sucker for star behavior today, and he was very happy about it. On the way home, after telling Nanaw about some of the things he did at school, Chase said, "I don't tell you the bad things." And Nanaw asked, "What bad things?" And Chase told her about getting into trouble with some of the boys. When they got to Chase's house, Chase told Nanaw he was going to go kiss Mama, who was napping in her bedroom, and he did. Chase and Nanaw sat on the love seat and played on their tablet and iPad for awhile. Then Chase went downstairs to play hockey, and Nanaw went home.
