Chase and Nanaw had a super-duper adventure on Saturday. Nanaw had to be out at the little house between 11 and 12 to pick up the new hang tags. She picked Chase up at about 9:15, and he brought along his marbles and the guys. He wanted to go to Nanaw's house to get his cars, and Nanaw had forgotten something so they went to Nanaw's house. Chase played on his Switch on the way out to the little house. Nanaw picked up the hang tags a little after 11, and then they went to the little house. There. They played baseball with the marbles and the Cars cars. Chase played on the tablet, too. They tried to watch the Cardinals baseball game but Dish doesn't broadcast it. So Chase watched Women's softball -- LOL They left the little house about 1:30. In Washington, they went to McDonald's for lunch. Chase had a cheeseburger Happy Meal, and Nanaw had chicken nuggets. Next, they stopped at Ozarkland near the entrance to Highway 44. Chase picked out a selection of taffy and a selection of mixed candy. Nanaw bought Mama and herself each two pieces of chocolate pecan fudge and one piece of rocky road fudge. It was a wonderful adventure, and Chase and Nanaw had a great time.
