When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he told her he got 33 out of 35 on his reading test -- which is a miracle considering that he forgot to bring his study materials home. Mama, Daddy and Nanaw were very proud. Mama was going out with Aunt Becca tonight so Daddy was going to do homework with Chase. He had 20 minutes of AR reading, writing each spelling word twice in cursive and finishing a page in his science notebook. Will's mom had arranged with Mama that Will was going to the park after school so that's where Chase and Nanaw went. Andrew and Brady were there also and were going to play soccer. Chase didn't want to play soccer and said he doesn't like soccer. So Nanaw played baseball with Chase. Finally the other boys decided to play kickball and Chase went to play with them. When they were done, they all played baseball again. Will invited Chase to his house so Nanaw took him over there. Then Will's dad brought Chase home. Chase said he had a great time and really likes playing with Will.
