Chase and Nanaw went for an early morning walk and then had breakfast. After breakfast, Chase colored for awhile, until it was time for them to go for their adventure of the day: Story Time at Barnes & Noble at Gravois Bluffs. When Nanaw told Chase they were going to Story Time at Barnes & Noble, Chase said "Thomas table." He remembered that B&N has a Thomas table where children can play with the trains – such a smart little boy with such a good memory. Today’s story was about Batman and the craft activity was making a batman bookmark. Chase stayed in the stroller while he listened to the story and made the bookmark. Then he wanted to go play at the Thomas table so that’s what he and Nanaw did. At the Thomas table, he played with two new friends, Alex who's three and Nick who’s five, who were there with their dad and grandma. Chase cried when he and Nanaw left Barnes & Noble, but he got over it quickly. In the afternoon after his nap, Chase and Nanaw read books and played with trains.
