Sunday was Mama and Daddy's Labor Day party. When Mama asked Chase who he was going to play with at the party, he said, "Jackson and Nanaw." That made Nanaw very happy. When Nanaw got to Chase's house, he came running out of the garage, calling, "Finally! Nanaw! Nanaw!" That made Nanaw feel so special. Chase had lots of boys and girls (cousins and friends) to play with at the party. He played with Cessie, Mallory, big Jackson and baby Jackson, Elias and Wesley. Nanaw played with all the kids, too, in between servings of Grandma Pat's delicious ambrosia salad. Cessie did the cutest thing with Mallory, Chase and big Jackson. She had all of them put on animal masks, and then she said they were going to have zoo school. She sat on Chase's bed, and three kids sat on the floor, and then Cessie read a book to them -- so cute. Chase played in the sand where his swimming pool used to be and so did the other kids. Everybody had fun because Mama and Daddy give good parties.
