Chase had more adventures on Sunday. For breakfast, Mama, Daddy and Chase went to Denny's on Lindbergh. Chase had a big stack of what he called "fluffy pancakes" and bacon. Then they went to Weekends Only to pick up Chase's futon to take it to Nanaw's house. When Nanaw got home from church, they were all at her house. Daddy had already taken the crib apart and was working on setting up the futon. Chase was having a great time helping Daddy and also using a screw drive to poke lots of holes in the cardboard box the futon came in. Nanaw took pictures of Chase sitting on the futon. She told him he could eat breakfast on Monday sitting on the futon. And Chase said, "I will need a little table." So after they left, Nanaw got out a TV table, put it in front of the futon and took a picture to show Chase later when she went to his house for dinner. Dinner was Mama's delicious pot roast, plus gluten-free rolls for Nanaw. After dinner, Mama, Chase and Nanaw played Hi Ho Cherrio and the Candyland. Then they sat at the kitchen table so Chouse could practice writing his name and using a scissors.
