Chase had a major adventure at school on Wednesday, and fortunately, Mama read the email from Ms. Carrow last night, so that he didn't miss it. Ms. Carrow said Wednesday was Polar Express Day, and everyone was supposed to wear their pajamas. Nanaw washed Chase's Batman pajamas so he could wear them on Wednesday. When Nanaw took Chase to school, Ms. Whitworth was at a "ticket booth" in the classroom where the boys and girls pick up their tickets. They wrote their names and ICS on the tickets, then went into the Pre-K room to make a suitcase for their train trip. Even the teachers were wearing their pajamas. It was all very cute. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he had to take his name off his train seat on the check-in board -- also very cute. He was very excited about the day and told Nanaw they got to read a book about the Polar Express. He said they had to decide what to put in their suitcase for the train trip -- his suitcase had a toy train sticker and a Peppa the Pig sticker. After school, Nanaw and Chase went to the Telegraph Road library where Chase found a little girl to play with -- he explained to her that he had on his pajamas because it was pajama day at school. He had a good time playing with the little girl and the eyeball Legos. Below are two pictures from Tuesday: Mama, Daddy , Uncle Mike and Aunt Becky at the hockey game; and Chase eating French fries at the tunnel McDonald's.
