Daddy had the day off on Friday for a golf tournament so he took Chase to school. Nanaw got to sleep late -- Yay! When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he was wearing his backpack backwards. So was his friend Sami, who sits at the yellow table with him, Henry and Joey. Sami's mother and Nanaw laughed about it, and Sami's mother said they were starting a new trend. Chase decided that the new kitty's name is Sidney Crosby the Cat. Mama suggested we call him Sid the Kid. Nanaw is thinking we could call him CeeCee (standing for Crosby Cat). It will be interesting to see what his name eventually is. The first thing Chase wanted to do when he got home to Nanaw's was to go play with the kitty. He brushed the kitty and played ball with him. Then Chase wanted Nanaw to bring his Cars cars into the bathroom so he could stay in there with the kitty. After work, Mama went to Toys R Us to buy a birthday present for Emma and Henry so she came to pick Chase up. She bought a Peppa the Pig tea party set and a stuffed Chase for Emma and a superhero Lego set for Henry.
