Before Nanaw and Chase left for school on Thursday morning, Nanaw asked Chase to read his sight words and he did so, instantly and perfectly. When they got to school, Nanaw took Chase's blue jacket out of his locker to take home so he wouldn't have two jackets at school. She reminded Chase to bring his Batman jacket home with him. (Update: He forgot his Batman jacket and his water bottle.) Chase likes the new Smart Board sign-in in his class. All the students have an apple on the screen with their names on the apples. You touch the apple to indicate that you're there and the apple disappears -- very cute. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to the library to drop off and pick up books and movies. Chase fell asleep in the car again but woke up when they got home. He watched TV for a little while before it was time to go home. When they got there, Chase played a game with Mama. Then he told Mama and Daddy he wanted ice cream that night, and Mama and Daddy were very excited about that idea because they love ice cream. Once again, Nanaw forgot to take pictures of Chase; but she took pictures of Sam and Tyler when she went to Chase's house in the afternoon.
