Chase got to wear jeans to school today because his Daddy sold three Entertainment books. So when Chase got dressed, Nanaw had him practice snapping and zipping his jeans. He did okay one time then had a problem so Nanaw showed him how to just push them down. Later he told Nanaw and Mama that it all worked out at school. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he had his backpack on backwards again, like Sami. Chase said it was his catcher's outfit -- very funny. On the way home, Chase fell asleep. He slept while Nanaw went to the cemetery. Then he watched TV in his room for awhile when they got home. Then he told Nanaw he wanted to go downstairs and play school. They wrote out the sight words and used Chase's alphabet letters to spell the words. When Chase went home, he wanted to do his homework right away and Daddy helped him. Chase seems to love school and learning and words and letters and numbers. Mama, Daddy and Nanaw are all very happy about that.
