Chase came over to Nanaw's house on Saturday morning, even though Mama didn't go grocery shopping. She's going to go Sunday afternoon. Chase's Bears baseball games on Saturday and Sunday were all cancelled because of the wet fields from the rain so he has a weekend with no baseball games. Chase and Nanaw went over his geography materials for Tuesday's test, and Nanaw was impressed at how much of the extensive, difficult material Chase knows. They'll work on it again Sunday when Nanaw visits and after school on Monday. Chase really likes geography even thought it's a hard class. Weather is part of geography, which makes it even more interesting to Chase, who loves weather. The other day, he told Nanaw that if he doesn't get a sports job when he grows up, he wants to be a meteorologist. Nanaw told him that's what Uncle Mike wanted to be but never did. Nanaw and Chase couldn't find the weather bingo game -- they have no idea what happened to it. So Nanaw bought a new one from Amazon, and it cost about $30.00 -- twice what the original game cost. It will be okay to have two weather bingo games, if they ever find the other one. After going through the geography material, Chase played hockey with Marc Andre in the kitchen. It's the first time Chase has played with Marc Andre since he went back to school. Chase took Charlie the Cicada home for a sleepover. In the afternoon, Chase had hockey practice.
