Chase and Daddy went to church on Sunday morning, then after church they did some baseball practice in the back yard. Chase practiced hitting, pitching and catching. Chase didn't play any baseball games today but he played a lot of baseball with Daddy. Nanaw went out to Wentzville to have lunch with Aunt Karen and pick up the charcoal sketch she did of Uncle Mike's dog Cheyenne. Nanaw bought it for Uncle Mike, and she commissioned Aunt Karen to do a sketch of wonderful Sam. Daddy grilled steaks for dinner, and Mama invited Nanaw over. Before dinner, Chase and Nanaw studied the geography material in his Chromebook that they didn't get finished yesterday. Besides steak for dinner, Mama had made Suddenly Salad, one of Nanaw's favorites. Because Sam isn't doing too well, Mama was okay with everybody giving his lots of steak. After dinner, Chase and Nanaw did more geography studying, this time from his geography study packet. He knows a lot to the stuff but they're going to go over it again tomorrow, and Nanaw will ask him to read through the study packet the Chromebook material Monday evening. After dinner, Daddy suggested Dairy Queen. Mama and Nanaw each had delicious hot fudge sundaes. Yum!
