Chase had a day filled with adventures! Mama was off work today, so first, Mama, Chase and Sam went for an early morning walk. Next, Mama, Chase and Nanaw went to Clayton Laptime. They were a little early so they walked up to Taylor Park so Mama could see it. Chase was his usual delightful self at Laptime, and Mama seemed to enjoy seeing all the things that he does, especially chasing bubbles. After Laptime, they stopped at Schnucks to buy fried chicken and snacks for their picnic at Suson Park. Chase took a brief nap when they got home; when he woke up, they were off to Suson Park. First, they had their picnic lunch, which was yummy. Then they went to visit all the animals. Mama really liked seeing all of them. Chase saw lots of ducks and kept saying "quack-quack" – very cute. In the evening, Mama and Daddy went to the Cardinals’ game with Uncle Mike and Aunt Becky, and Nanaw baby sat with Chase. Chase and Nanaw had supper at McDonald’s. and Chase did a great job of eating his chicken McNuggets and French fries. Chase stayed up till 9 p.m. but was really tired and seemed glad to go to bed.
