Chase and Nanaw went for an early morning walk in Nanaw’s subdivision. Chase’s first adventure of the day was going to Babygarten at the Columbia Library. Chase seemed to have a great time playing with the other children during playtime, after the songs and story time. He especially played with a little girl named Emma. She chased around after Chase, and they ran around the room together – very cute. Mama and Daddy both got off work early because of the 4th of July holiday so Chase and Nanaw went back to his house at 3 o’clock. Daddy went to play golf, and Mama, Chase and Nanaw went shopping. First, they went to Bed, Bath and Beyond to buy a glass bowl for Mama to use when she makes homemade ice cream. Mama and Nanaw also bought little LED lanterns to be used during power outages; the lanterns use AA batteries, which makes them easy to maintain. For dinner, Mama fixed chicken fettuccine with gluten free penne – it was delicious. Then Mama, Chase, Sam and Nanaw went for a walk. Next, came Chase’s bath, which he really seemed to enjoy. After his bath, Mama read Owl Babies to Chase.
