Today’s weather was beautiful so Chase and Nanaw spent a lot of time outside enjoying the cool day. Mama made a brown bag lunch for Chase to take to Nanaw’s, which Nanaw thought was very funny. Chase’s first adventure of the day was a trip to Walmart, where Nanaw bought an Elmo scrubby and a Cookie scrubby like Mama bought for Chase yesterday. After Walmart, Chase and Nanaw went to the big park by the schools. First, they walked on the trail around the park, then Chase ran around the grounds and the playground. He seemed to have a wonderful time because he loves running around. He played on the swings and rode the merry-go-round. After his nap, Nanaw put toys out on the deck, and Chase and Nanaw spent the afternoon out there. When Chase came home, he, Mama and Nanaw went to Walgreen’s, and Mama bought another "quack-quack" for Chase.
