Chase had an adventurous, toy-filled Sunday afternoon. Nanaw came over to visit and found that Chase had lots of new toys to play with. Yesterday, at Uncle Chris’s 4th of July party, Uncle George brought some of his boys’ outgrown toys for Chase. Chase spent a lot of time with three musical books; he seemed to like the "Blue’s Clues" book best of the three. Daddy put together the remote control for a green and yellow John Deere tractor, and Chase chased it around the kitchen and up and down the hall. He laughed when Daddy made it race away from him. Chase also play with an elephant train in the kitchen, then he, Mama and Nanaw went into Chase’s room. There they played with a Little Tikes Mountain Raceway and a wooden animal book puzzle. Mama brought Chase’s toy boxes into the living room and filled them with toys that Chase doesn’t play with as much as the others. Mama also put Chase’s Yoda slippers on him but he fussed and didn’t like them at all so she had to quickly take them off.
