Chase was his usual healthy, happy, energetic self today. Nanaw and Chase went for an early morning walk before it got too hot. Chase had a new cereal to try – chocolate Chex, and he seemed to like it. Nanaw and Chase had fun playing in his room with his toys before his nap. Then when he woke up, they went to Walmart to try to find Twinkies for Mama. But Walmart didn’t have any Twinkies – so Nanaw bought fake Twinkies. Chase ate one and really seemed to like it. He also seemed to like smearing it all over his face, clothes and high chair. In the evening, Nanaw came over for delicious grilled steak and corn on the cob. Chase had another fake Twinkie and again smeared it everywhere so Mama and Daddy gave him his bath right away.
