When Nanaw came to visit Chase on Sunday evening, Mama, Daddy and Chase were watching the Star Wars Lego Droid movie that Chase watched in Kansas City and liked so much. Mama found it on the Disney Jr. channel and recorded it for Chase. Nanaw is going to look for it, too. When the movie was done, Mama went into the kitchen to fix dinner. Nanaw and Chase went with her. Chase was playing at the kitchen table with a plastic pitcher and the salt and pepper shakers -- he was cooking too. Then he went to bring his Thomas step stool into the kitchen, and Mama let him very carefully stir the Alfredo sauce at the stove. It's so cute how much he loves to help Mama cook. Mama told Nanaw that Chase and Daddy did some paint by number painting Sunday morning on a Thomas picture but that it didn't go well. Evidently, Chase doesn't understand and accept the concept of paint by number. Chase also went to Wal-Mart in the morning with Mama and Daddy and then played out in the back yard.
