Chase's Tuesday adventure was a visit to Tuesday Tails at the APA. Two people brought their black cocker spaniel Jon Jon to visit the children. The puppy was wearing a baseball cap made especially for dogs. (In the evening, Chase told Mama about the dog and the baseball hat, and Mama called Nanaw to get the scoop.) Jon Jon’s owners have written a book about Jon Jon’s adoption and his travels around the various sights in St. Louis. Jon Jon was a friendly, charming dog, and Chase enjoyed petting him and watching him with the other boys and girls. Nanaw bought a copy of Jon Jon’s book for Chase. On the way home from the APA, Chase read the book and looked very cute and grown-up.
