One of the first things Chase did on Monday morning was to play with Play dough and have Nanaw make Angry Birds and Piggy. Chase and Nanaw's main adventure on Monday was going to the Grant's View library. Chase ran through the tunnel entrances and jumped on the stools (he says "Boing, Boing," when he jumps.) Nanaw checked two DVDs for Chase (plus four movies for herself). Chase's DVDs are a numbers one and a phonics one. Back at home, they played downstairs for awhile, and then Nanaw cleaned up the huge mess Chase made in his room on Friday. It took a long time to do but it felt good to have Chase's room clean again. Nanaw has a new plan whereby she and Chase will straighten up his room every afternoon before he goes home -- it will be a good practice in neatness for Chase. When Nanaw took Chase home, she told Mama she'd mislaid some print cartridges she bought from Amazon, and Mama told her to pray to St. Anthony to find them -- and she did -- they were on a shelf in Nanaw's closet. Nanaw drove by Chase's school after dropping him off, and she saw that the new owner of the Pre-K building has started working on the building. They moved Chase's little pre-school playground over to the bigger playground and moved the fence also.
