Chase took his Thomas pillow to school with him but told Nanaw he wanted to leave the blanket at home because he doesn't use it. Nanaw stayed in Chase's schoolroom for a few minutes and wanted to play with Chase but he didn't want to sit down at any of the tables. He just wanted to watch the goldfish. Nanaw saw the job display for the first time. On the side of the file cabinet are pieces of paper with an assortment of chores, like clean-up and prayer leader. The boys and girls each have a cutout of their hands with their photo on the hand. They sign up for jobs by sticking the hand on the piece of paper. It's a very cute system. Nanaw asked Chase which jobs he signed up for and he said he didn't sign up for any -- but Nanaw isn't sure Chase understood what she was asking. When Nanaw left Chase at school, she told him that she and Tee Tee would play with cars while Chase was at school. When Nanaw picked Chase up, Tee Tee was in the back seat, and Chase asked him, "Tee Tee, did you have a good time playing with Nanaw?" It was very cute. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to the Big Dollar Tree where Chase selected a really cute basketball game with a launcher and a yellow Hot Wheels car. When Nanaw took Chase home, Daddy was going to take him to get a haircut -- next Friday is picture day, and Chase's hair was getting a little shaggy
