Chase was really quiet and subdued when Mama brought him to Nanaw's house Thursday morning. Mama was thinking maybe his teeth were still hurting. He said they didn't hurt too bad. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, she forgot to wear her mask out on the parking lot. But she didn't realize it until she and Chase got to the car. Other times when she forgot it, she realized it after a few steps and went back to get it. She'll do better on Friday afternoon. Mama is off work tomorrow so she'll take Chase to school. Mama is spending the day with Aunt Becca. Nanaw is taking Mama to Aunt Becca's house at 10:45 tomorrow morning. After school, Chase said he wanted to go to the park. He said Andrew would be there so Nanaw said yes, they would go. When they got there, Brady and Andrew were playing with Brady's two tennis rackets, and Chase didn't have one. So Nanaw asked Brady's grandma and Andrew's grandma to please keep an eye on Chase while Nanaw went home to get badminton rackets so Chase had something to play with. Chase had a great time playing with Andrew and Brady -- he absolutely enjoys his friends. Chase's homework was about abstract nouns. He gave Nanaw the definition of abstract nouns: They're nouns that you can't identify with your five senses. Other nouns are called concrete nouns. Chase was so cute talking about nouns.
