Mama had the day off from work, and Chase had the day off from school so they had an adventure with Nanaw. First, Chase had to go to the orthodontist because one of the wires on his braces broke and came loose. When they were done at the ortho, they came over to Nanaw's house. Mama went to Subway to get lunch. They ate lunch, and then they went to the big park to play. First, Chase, Mama and Nanaw played tennis on the tennis courts with the badminton rackets. They had lots of fun. Chase had a great time, swinging, playing on all the Ninja things and walking with Mama and Nanaw. Mama and Nanaw looked in the little bookcase at the park and found two books they wanted -- one for Mama and one for Chase. Mama wouldn’t let Nanaw take the books without leaving books so Nanaw said she would come back later and get the books, leaving two books behind. After the big park, they went to the little park. Chase was excited to see a little boy there that he'd played with the day before. They seemed to have lots of fun playing together. After the little park, Mama and Chase took Nanaw home. Uncle Mike came to rake the leaves and put away the hoses. Nanaw went to the big park to get the books for Mama and Chase. The book for Mama was still there but unfortunately the book for Chase was gone. But Nanaw found it at the library and put it on request. She also found it on Amazon and put it in her cart and might buy it.
