On Memorial Day, cousin Lindsey and Nanaw came to visit Chase, Mama and Daddy. Lindsey, Chase, Mama and Nanaw went to Arby's for lunch. Then they all went shopping at K-Mart so Mama could buy a plastic tub for storing Chase's outdoor toys, including all of his many bubble toys. After Chase and Mama went home, Lindsey and Nanaw went to the cemetery to take flowers for Pawpaw. Lindsey brought flowers for her great-great uncle and aunt; it was an adventure to use the grave locator to figure out where they were and then to find them. The cemetery was extremely very crowded and many of the streets were one way. But eventually they were successful in their mission. In the evening, Nanaw went to Chase's house for dinner. Daddy made ribs for Nanaw, a special holiday treat that made Nanaw very happy. For dessert, Mama had strawberry shortcake with Reddi-Whip. She squirted the Reddi-Whip in Chase's mouth, much to his delight, and in her mouth also -- very funny.
