Chase had a major adventure on Friday. He, Mama and Daddy went to the Cardinals' baseball game with Jackson, Aunt Jen and Uncle Joe. Mama says Chase and Jackson had a really good time. Mama bought popcorn for the boys -- a refillable batting helmet full of regular popcorn mixed with caramel corn (Note from Nanaw: Delicious popcorn -- Mama brought some home and Nanaw ate some.) During the fifth inning, Jackson fell asleep in Uncle Joe's arms. Everybody left during the seventh inning -- fortunately the Cardinals won. Nanaw came to visit in the early evening. Chase had just awakened from his nap, and he was sort of grumpy. Eventually, he cheered up -- especially when he started watching his Richard Scarry DVD. He made himself comfy in his Madagascar chair to watch TV. He also decided to play with his rocking horse Seabiscuit -- Nanaw suggested that Seabiscuit could attend Mama's Belmont Stakes party next Saturday.
