Chase had the day off from school on Monday for Columbus Day. So Chase and Nanaw had a special adventure, going to one of Chase's favorite places -- the Science Center. On the way, they stopped at Walmart and then Best Buy, trying to find DVDs that Nanaw can use to record on. At Best Buy. Chase saw the Hulk on the display where Daddy got his Captain America. Chase really wanted the Hulk but Nanaw said it wasn't a toy day. At the Science Center, Chase played with his usual favorites: the cars, the dinosaur dig and the sand display. But he also found some new ones: a glass tube children can stand in and play with the colored smoke that comes up from the floor and a pretend furnace where children throw in pretend coal. As usual, Chase didn't want to leave but Nanaw promised they would come back soon. When Nanaw took Chase home, he told Daddy that he wanted the Hulk. Daddy said if Chase went number two on the potty chair all week, that Daddy would buy the Hulk for him.
