Chase's adventure for Thursday was going to Story Time with Miss Candy at the Columbia Library. On the way in, Chase and Nanaw saw Riley's mother and stopped to talk with her. Riley is going to St. Paul's pre-school and likes it a lot. Chase headed directly to the castle and began to play with it. There were two other little boys playing with the castle, but they all shared and played together. Nanaw was so proud of Chase. Chase did well during story time, either sitting in a chair or on the carpet. There was a little 18 month old boy running around, and Nanaw could see Chase watching him and knew that Chase wanted to run around with him but he didn't. The craft of the day was making an owl with lots of feathers. Chase had fun gluing the feathers on the owl -- he loves to use glue sticks. Again, Nanaw was proud. After Story Time, Chase and Nanaw went to pick up TJ for his vet appointment. While they were in the examination room, Chase decided to crawl into the pet taxi -- it was very cute. fortunately, Nanaw had brought one of the large pet taxis so Chase was able to fit.
