Chase and Nanaw had a fun day on Tuesday. First, they put up Nanaw's Halloween decorations, inside and outside. Chase played with the inside decorations, carrying them around and then stacking them on the sofa -- he doesn't quite understand the concept of leaving the decorations in the place they were put. The adventure for Tuesday was a visit to Powder Valley. There weren't many people there when Chase and Nanaw arrived, but eventually some little children arrived. Chase did his usual social thing of talking to the children and following them around. Mama and Nanaw call him the little stalker. After exploring the Powder Valley displays, Chase and Nanaw went for a walk on the trail that has the large walking bridge -- Chase had been wanting to go on the walking bridge for awhile. For his nap, Chase took the stuffed Halloween pumpkin and bat, the blue puppy and Tee Tee to bed with him. When Chase and Nanaw said his bedtime prayer before his night-night nap, Chase added Dolly dog and Jackson to the list God blesses that he does. Then, a few minutes into his nap time, he called Nanaw into his room and said, "Please take the acorns out of my pocket so I can show them to Tee Tee." Nanaw took the acorns out of Chase's pocket and gave them to him. He started showing them to Tee Tee and telling Tee Tee what they were -- unbelievably cute.
