Chase and Nanaw spent the whole day at home, not going on any adventures, one of the first times they’ve done that in a long while. Nanaw’s car was at Dobbs so they had no wheels. They spent a lot of time downstairs playing with Chase’s trains and toys. For part of the time, all the kitties were down there with them also – while the cleaning ladies were upstairs. Chase played the piano and had lots of fun with it. He also played in the school room, and played with the Army guys. Mama came to Nanaw’s house at 5 p.m. to take her (and Chase) to Dobbs in Waterloo to pick up her car. Nanaw was happy that there was no charge – they put a new battery cable in to go with the new battery Nanaw got a couple of weeks ago.
