For the past week or two, Chase has been playing with his Angry Bird Legos on Nanaw's kitchen counter. It's fascinating to watch him play with them an hour or so at a time. He has such an imagination and he thinks of all kinds of different things to do with them. He played with the Legos for awhile on Wednesday morning before the day's adventure: a trip to the Transportation Museum or the Train house as Chase calls it. Miss Lynn and Miss Linda were both happy to see Chase and Nanaw. Chase took along Tee Tee and Mr. Fish, something he hadn't done before. Chase and Nanaw played in the reading area, and Nanaw read a couple of books to Chase. They also played with the trains and with the magnetic blocks. They went over to the craft table and asked Miss Linda for the makings of the stick people so they could make a Chase and a Nanaw at home. After the Creation Station, Chase got his usual popcorn; but he also got a special treat -- a flag inspired fidget spinner. In the evening Chase had his final T-ball game of the season but Nanaw couldn't go because she had a church board meeting. Chase and the other players all got two trophies. And he was very excited about his trophies.
