On Monday morning, Chase and Nanaw had school first thing. They read the two books Mama packed in the Thomas Bag: Spot’s Valentine’s Day and Where is Elmo’s Blanket? Their adventure for the day was a trip to the Science Center. It had been several months since their last visit and both Chase and Nanaw were excited to go again. Chase visited a lot of his old favorites and also some new displays. Nanaw thinks that his favorite was the water play area in the outside Grow display because he went there twice. He also visited and played with the stuffed dinosaurs, and then spent time in the dinosaur dig. He went through the energy area and did his usual tossing of pretend coal in the pretend furnace. He played with the little cars on the track with bridges, and went through the big storm sewer pipe.
