Sunday was Mama and Daddy's big Labor Day party (a day early, as usual). When Nanaw arrived at about 2 p.m., all of Daddy's family was there but Mama's family and friends hadn't arrived yet. Chase was out in the back yard running around with his cousins -- Cessie, Elias and Mallory. They were riding around in the wagon, playing on the swing set (Daddy replaced Chase's baby swing with another big boy swing) and playing in the sandbox. Nanaw played with them in Chase's room -- it was very cute -- Cessie was reading to Chase, Mallory was coloring and Elias was playing with cars, as long as his daddy stayed close. There seemed to be a second party -- Daddy's family left and Uncle Mike and his family, and Jackson and his family came. Aunt Becca, Uncle Stan and Uncle Will Bill stayed for both parties. Nanaw played with Chase and Jackson outside and in the living room and Chase's room. It was a busy, fun day.
