Chase's adventure on Tuesday was a visit to Powder Valley. He met a little boy named Jake, and Jake's sister Taylor. The three of them played together for quite awhile. Chase kept wanting to stay with them, and I explained to their grandmother that Chase liked to make friends and would it be all right if we followed them around. The grandmother was very understanding and was fine with that. It was fun to watch Chase and Jake visiting the various displays and talking to each other. Nanaw couldn't understand some of what they were saying but they seemed to understand one another. Surprisingly enough, Chase was fine when it was time for Jake and his sister and grandmother to leave. When Chase and Nanaw got home, they went downstairs to play with the trains and then outside to the deck to play with the sandbox.
